There seems to be an issue with javascript included at the top of modified header.html it seems it's not compatible with aMember. I believe it is from wodpress? If so how you customized header what what wordpress version you have installed?

    Wordpress version is 2.92.

I know I had this exact issue before with a similar install and it was fixed on that install.

This same error occurs from member.php when adding/renewing a subscription.

Interesting. It appears to be this javascript that's causing the error http://www.psychtrader.com/wp-includes/js/prototype.js?ver=1.6

I commented out each call to javascript and this is the one that when commented out allowed the page to be shown normally.

I think anyway. I still don't see the dropdown where the user can select a state though.

OK. That's the culprit. Not sure if I need that javascript in the amember section of my site so leaving it commented out for now. Thanks for the suggestion.
