We'd like to be able to setup or change our subscription products so that we can stop monthly payments continuing at the end of 12 months, and still let members have access. We'd also like to be able to identify all the current members who've made 12 payments so we can go in and stop their payments, as their program has finished. Are these two requirements possible? Annette
Depends on the payment system. If its something like paypal_r you'll need to cancel the account at paypals site. David
Guess I didn't ask the question properly. In the amember product setup, is it possible to set up a product whereby amember charges the member 12 monthly installments only? So they don't get charged after they've made 12 payments? I can't see how to do this, and what it means is that at the end of 12 months, the client still keeps getting charged, even though the 12 month program has finished. This means we get a lot of refund requests. To make our job even harder, we have several hundred members, and with the current limited reporting capabilities in amember, it impossible to do a search on all active members who've paid 12 installments, so we can manually go and unsubscribe them in the payment processor. We use paypal and payflow pro as the payment processors. I"ve tried exporting active members into a csv file to try and find those with 12 payments, but this is an impossible task also. Annette
Yep, you can set this up. recurring: check Recurring Times: 12 This will work for new signups. I'm not sure if this will stop recurring on your existing members. Also after the 12 mos. expires, they wont get access anymore. To get around this, I created a "lifetime plugin" for my premium members. David
Thanks David. Just can't see the Recurring Times field in the product set up. I'm running 3.2.3PRO - is it in a later version?
