Help!! I am having problems stopping subscriptions from recurring. We are no longer accepting subscriptions for our products and we want to stop the program so that no one recurring subscriptions occur. I unchecked "recurring subscriptions" two days ago but another subscription was automatically renewed today. There were a couple of product subscriptions that I deleted from under Manage Products a while ago and the subscriptions for one of them have autorenewed today even though the product is currently not listed under Manage Products. How can I stop all subscriptions from being renewed, including those subscriptions that no longer exist under Manage Products. If I delete the currently subscribed users, will that stop all future subscriptions for them? Thanks, Monica
No this will not stop subscriptions if you use paypal. For paypal subscriptions you should contact paypal support and ask how you can cancel all subscriptions at once.
