When I tell a page or email what product to associate with and click save - it doesn't remember. When I come back, no product is listed. (Image attached) When I created my product, it doesn't have the links for me to add a new payment option. (Image attached) Any ideas? It's a brand new installation we are just getting configured.
Well it seems there is a problem with javascript code. Try to reupload all amember files from installation package if this doesn't help, please contact helpdesk.
I have submitted a help ticket. Reuploading files did not fix things at all and now I'm in a pickle with customers who can't claim their downloads. Thanks for giving me some help soon!
