Struggling with PHPBB integration.

Currently using the trial software to see if it all suits my needs.

Cant get the db name correct so everything ties in together. I am assuming the db name is the mysql db name? the table prefix is phpbb_ (managed to work that out). Phpbb installed directly from my hosting account and automatically created a sql db with a similar name to this: web90-a-foru-67.

So would the db name and prefix be web90-a-foru-67.phpbb_ ? Tried this but it wouldnt work? Is the db name in the wrong format. I can create a new db but how to I get phpbb to read the new db?

As you can see, I am a bit of a db noob and any help will be welcomed. Thx

Getting this error now:

phpBB Board Db and Prefix - incorrect value. Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-a-foru-57.phpbb_users LIMIT 1' at line 1

Ok....reinstalled amember and phpbb. Db name is web87-a-foru-57 and prefix is phpbb_. Entered this as db name in amember:

web87-a-foru-57.phpbb_

Now get this error

Phpbb plugin error. Cannot select MySQL database [web87-a-foru-57].

Got amember in the root and not in amember dir......would this make any difference?
