I've already created a ticket for this, but I figured why not post it here. Maybe someone might be able to give some input. I've run into a slight problem. One of my subscribers paid through amember for a lifetime membership to a product I created, which they should have access to in moodle. The people who got the 100% discount coupon had no problem getting their accounts made. This person who paid via amember gets the message: "Sorry, but this course is only avialable to registered members. If you'd like to enroll into this course, please visit our enrollment page" I know the person who enrolled, their email address in paypal is different from their email address they filled out in amember, but this shouldn't affect it. I checked the error/debug log to make sure the info was sent by PayPal and I found that there were a bunch of errors. I took a screenshot of the errors that came up: http://messagemastery.com/images/amember_error_log.jpg Looking forward to your replies.
Looks like your moodle plugin isnt working properly. Are users being copied over to the moodle database when you manually add them in amember? David
When they register with the coupon, their accounts are created just fine, but if they pay they don't seem to have access to the particular courses.
