subscription and product question

I am trying to create a membership product that automatically assigns separate products to a user as long at they have a subscription to the membership.

Example:

Buy Subscription to product A
product B, C, D are automatically added to the user account for the life of subscription A but shown as separate products.

Theres no way to "link" products together like this.
Options:
1) complimentary plugin- but this only adds an additional product for lifetime or XX time.
2) bundle B, C, D with product A, in other words product A includes access to B,C,D

To expand on David's second point, when you add links to A, B, C and D in the product setup area under "Additional URLs" they will appear to be four standalone products the user is subscribed to.

Also remember to add access in protect folders to product A,
