Support.Helpdesk error on Amember site?

    When I go to the Helpdesk in my account on the amember site it says that I'm not logged in and that I have to sign up for a helpdesk account. I submitted a ticket a day ago and wanted to login to check but when I click Sign In at the top right, or Log In on the page below it just refreshes the page.

    I got it to work. Had to browse to a different area and go through there. Thanks.
