I opened a support ticket Sunday concerning a problem in another post with administrator rights and expired passwords. When we add a user to the administrator group of vbulletin through amember and they login to the forum we get "Your password is 14951 days old, and has therefore expired. Please change your password using this page." No matter how many times the password is changed. We have a support ticket but get a response once every 12 hours and are not getting anywhere and I'm not sure after trying to explain the issue its even being understood. The last reply was "I have removed Administrators from the Denied levels in the plugin confgiuration. Now passwords should work fine" However without changing anything i login as that user and the problem is still there. Please advise Thanks
I understand not having immediate support, and timezone differences but trying to troubleshoot once every 12 hours on a site makes it hard. I appreciate the followup and have gotten a reply. I will be testing to see if that resolved the issue. Thanks again

I am also having extremely slow response time to the helpdesk. A response every 12 hours is unacceptable for this product, since our customers are paying on a time-based subscription to access the site. Users are now on day 3 of not being able to log in. On to scrolling the forum—
