Is there any plugin of aMember that support Facebook? If so, please let us know how to config and use it in aMember. How can we manage Facebook account in aMember? Please, advice!

Not approved users will not be able to login into wordpress this is correct. In order to approve user's account edit his profile in amember CP and check "Is Approved" checkbox. If you don't want to manually approve new users disable this functionality in aMember CP -> Setup -> Advanced.
