Hello, I submitted a ticket on Friday with a request for a domain change for my license and am wondering how long it will take before someone replies to the ticket. The ticket system says "all tickets are replied to within 24 hours or less" Thank you!
Hi Pattygale09, the 24 hours are business hours and are based on the last update made to the ticket (ie. any edits or updates move the ticket to the bottom of the queue) I typically see < 48 business hours as a more realistic time frame to hear back.
I think it depends on their schedule and what is happening - I've had domain changes to licenses take 1 hour. And sometimes a couple days.
