Hi, Just wondering what the go is here? I've scoured the forums looking for solutions to my questions and upon finding nothing I've raised a support ticket (4 in fact). That was 9 days ago! Is there a reason why the following tickets haven't been answered? (AUC-814080, FNC-725916, SCV-392428, JNI-275566) Do I have to post my questions here first? Then if they can't be answered then raise a support ticket? What have I missed?
Hi, There is no such tickets in our helpdesk: ( http://www.amember.com/support/ ) also in fact our helpdesk have different format of ticket numbers: XXX-11111-333 Ticket numbers which you have pasted here seems to be from your aMember installation's helpdesk. That is your helpdesk which can be used by your customers in order to contact you and have support.
