Support Tickets?

    Hey,

    Is it just me, or has anyone else had problems submitting a support ticket?

    I've submitted 2 now and the Ticket History shows 0-0 of 0. WTH

    I emailed support on 6/4/12 at 6:13pm Eastern Time US with my questions, and have yet to get a response. I realize their in another country, but they should really consider 24 hr support online.

    I'm sorry for this issue.
    Both your tickets were incorrectly marked as spam by helpdesk.
    I'm going to restore these tickets and will reply in a few minutes.

    Thank you for responding Alexander. Any idea how to avoid your Spam filter?

    We are looking into this issue now and we will make corrections to it's configuration for sure.
