Hey, Is it just me, or has anyone else had problems submitting a support ticket? I've submitted 2 now and the Ticket History shows 0-0 of 0. WTH I emailed support on 6/4/12 at 6:13pm Eastern Time US with my questions, and have yet to get a response. I realize their in another country, but they should really consider 24 hr support online. Robert, I'm sorry for this issue. Both your tickets were incorrectly marked as spam by helpdesk. I'm going to restore these tickets and will reply in a few minutes.
