Hi Amember team, It's the weekend and I *really* wanted to work on an upgrade this weekend ... I had a ticket into the support system and I thought it was fixed during the week, but unfortunately it wasn't. I've replied back to the ticket but I'm wondering if there's live skype help? I tried looking up the skype usernames posted in other tickets but nothing ... not sure if I just have to wait until next weekend (after my ticket gets addressed during the week) or if it's possible to get help today?
Just as an update, I was able to reach the amember team via skype. We're still not done with the customization but I wanted to report back the transparent support they offer their customers
