Survey at sign-up

When customers first sign-up, I would like to ask them a few questions, like how they found me. How can I do that?

Are you doing a survey with aMember? If so, how are you going to store the information?

I would like to do this when we get new or renewal members -- to have them fill out survey (or poll) to see if they're interest in volunteering their time in specific committees, events, etc.

Is it possible I can get an answer via email without storing data with aMember data in SQL?

CP -> Add Fields.

Here, you can add arbitrary questions that users can answer when they sign up.

I don't think it's possible to have the answers emailed to you. But you can go to CP -> Export and export the answers to a CSV file.
