Hi admin I raised a ticket and now after some initial response all my cries for help are being ignored please respond and help...
I really can't believe it - this post nor a couple of similar posts. I've never had any problem with support, they always responded within a reasonable time. Either they are working on it or you're being unreasonable. And NO I'm not liaised in any way with CGI and/or aMember, aside from the fact that I'm a very happy customer with 3 aMember installations and lots of custom work done.
erwinvdb, please excuse my impatience however every minute lost is revenue lost but I see your point. Oh I see you and many others have "aMember Pro Customer" and yes I have also purchased aMember Pro yet my status is still showing as "Registered User" maybe just maybe this has something to do with it
