Tickets not showing in ticket history

    I've been trying to get help from the help desk since last week, but none of the opened tickets are showing in our history.

    I did get an e-mail reply in each case but just asking for the same info I've already given, and then...nothing!

    Not only that, I asked for "URGENT" trouble shooting since it is. The membership site in not working when it used to. Members can't login and we can't log into the admin dashboard either.

    Any suggestions on how to proceed to get help?

    Note: In case it matter; the e-mail address shown on the ticket request is different than the one that was given when the amember.com account was opened. You wouldn't think that causes the response problems, but thought I'd mention it.

    What is the issue you are having? Perhaps one of us here in the community can assist you while you wait for the aMember staff?

    I don't see any recent messages in helpdesk sent from your email address. Did you use different one? Please provide ticket numbers that were not answered I will check what is wrong.
