Not sure what has changed, but for some reason I have some weird timeout issues now. I currently have Skippy's plug in sidebar for WP, and phpbb plug in from amember. They all link together beautifully, but for some reason they time out, and show the login fields. Even though I'm still logged in. I can still get into the members section, and the control panel. The only change I can see is that I updated to the latest WP. And that was from the last update to the most current. Thanks in advance.
2.84 to 2.85. Although, it seems to me that it's not just WP. phpbb is timing out as well. I also made sure to clean my cache and cookies.
Could be specific to your server- who's your host? Have you sent in an amember support ticket? They have experience with lots of hosts so may be able to figure it out quick. David
hmmm, sounds plausible. The other thought I had was that the forum is the one timing out, somehow affecting log in status in the sidebar. I realized I'm still logged in at wordpress when I go to the wp-admin link. So in short; I'm logged in at wordpress and amember, not phpbb. The login status is changed in the sidebar to logged out. And I guess since wordpress doesn't have a log out option after x amount of time (as far as I'm aware), I can't get the 3 to stay logged in or time out after x amount of time together.
