Hi, I have a question. If I set up a product with a 7-day trial and aMember is integrated with 1SC, if I adjust a member's trial period, say for example, the trial period when the member signed up is 041411-042111, then I manually changed the trial expiry date to 042511 for that particular member, will 1SC attempt to bill the member on the original expiry date or the new expiry date? All help will be very much appreciated.
Dont think so, once the members account is set in 1sc, thats the rebill they will get. I think the only thing you can do is in 1sc, pause the rebill, or change the CC info. David
HI, Thanks for the reply. I don't see anywhere though where I can pause the rebill in 1SC. Or are you referring to adjusting the trial expiry of the product?
