Hi all, I had an emergency over the weekend after buying and upgrading my amember. I'm waiting for support ticket help so I thought I better get some advice here. My first suspiscion was I had 25 new paid accounts appear on my forums but no payments in amember were made. Today using amember I was merging a couple of accounts and this warning popped up on my kaspersky internet security. Screen capture attached and i have not had alerts on any other sites. Should I disable emberships until Alex gets back to me? I am not sure if it's safe to take members payments via paypal and nochex? It was auctlva.com and downloader js.iframe.ajg Please do not look at url unless you are protected.
1) Check your aMember and Web Server log files to see if there was any activity 2) Check your FTP for any suspicious files / modifications 3) Check your PC for keyloggers, etc.
Thank you for the reply. I just want to add for anyone reading that Support from Alex has been fantastic where my host has failed to help. It appears to be a server hack and I'm just updating my confidence in amember and Alex. I was given info that will hopefully enable my host to resolve this as I have had problems on all sites on the server. thank you very much
