Hi there, Thanks for a great product, seems very easy to use, but I am having a few issues I wonder if someone wise would be able to shed some light on. Essentially, I am using amember to manage web service subscriptions. There are 4 different levels, the levels of distinction are defined by available list sizes and templates. ie: Pro-plus has an unlimited list size, 7 premade templates and the choice of a custom template, Entry level has a list size of 500 and access to only 5 templates etc. There is a 5th product (IW) that you can only have if you have an active subscription to either pro, pro-plus or TM. I am trying to set up the renewal period, but I just don't quite get it. If a user has an active subscription to pro, and they sign up for IW half way through the month, I want IW to only be available if they have an active subscription to the above subscriptions. The problem, is that they will have to pay for a whole month, even if they're half way, or 3/4 of the way through the month, which doesn't seem fair. Is there some way to set conditions that will prorate the rates, or is it just too bad and we'd have to do manual refunds in those situations ? Also, I am having trouble setting up my signup page with paypal, it just kicks back to the signup page without taking me to the paypal payment page. Thanks in advance for your help dakiwigal
