Trouble with your helpdesk

    Hi,

    I'm having trouble with the helpdesk ticketing system on your side. Can you help? :(

    I used to be able to use it but now it keeps automatically loggin me out everytime I try to create a new ticket or followig up on my previous ticket.

    It is kind of strange, can you try with another browser or from another PC?
