Two AMember Entries (only 1 is paid)

In the AMember CP it says:


547 02/21/2006 "username" "product" authorize_aim 70.00 YES

and

546 02/21/2006 "username" "product" paypal_r 70.00 NO


Doe this mean they tried to pay via Paypal but it didn 't work ,so they did Authorize.net?

If that's the case, can I delete out the "no's" I see in the AMember CP for Paypal AND/OR Authorize.net??
