Hi, I have installed aMember in the past (30 day free trial) for a project I was working on that didn't make it past those 30 days. Now I have decided to set up a new membership site on another domain. That domain, though, is located at the same server with the same FTP-login. I have erased all traces I could find of aMember from Domain1 and the database and yet it leaves a trace on Domain2. When I try to access domain2.com/members I am redirected to domain1.com/members (where aMember has expired). I wish to test this market thoroughly before I decide whether or not to purchase the aMember software. Why can't I? Cheers, MarkP
Yes I am, but I have erased all traces I could find of the old aMember system. And I checked every entry in every table in that database. Where is the URL stored?
Everything looks alright there. The .htaccess file looks alright as well... I will have a look at the files in the protected folder (which is based on a Wordpress blog) EDIT: The problem wasn't aMember at all. It was traces from an old Wordpress blog in the database screwing everything up...
