I'm unable to Add Incremental Content Links to an existing product.

After I fill out the information in the Incremental Content Memberships section of the Edit Product page, nothing happens when I hit "Add".

I don't want to use any information in "Unix File Path / Title". Any instruction videos that I have seen don't even show this field in the Incremental Content Memberships section. Is this a required field? If so, what needs to go in there?

    Please help!

    Thanks

    1. In IE do you receive any page errors (yellow exclamation in bottom left of page)
    2. Check your permissions of the folder you are trying to protect, ensure it has the correct permissions.

There are no error or warning messages in IE or FF. The only error that pops up is when I enter some invalid information into the "Unix File Path / Title:" field (again, nothing happens if the information in this field is a valid file...)

The folder permissions are now set to 777 (was 757) - with no difference.

    Couple of questions:

    1. Could there be a conflict between the versions of amember pro (3.1.8) and Incremental Content plugin (2.2)?

I've never seen the "Unix File Path / Title:" field in any of the instruction videos that I found on the web...

    2. Does it make a difference if the Incremental Content directories are sub-directories of the primary protected folder of that membership? (I've tried directories outside of the primary folder as well to no avail...)

    3. Is this forum the best way to get support on this issue or are there other avenues for getting official help?

    Thanks for your help!

@lisareid: The forum can sometimes be the fastest if one of us have run into a similar situation. For low level debugging of your installation/configuration, however, a support ticket is suggested:

Got it... working on it and getting help - looks like the amember pro version needs an upgrade.

Once I got this working, which one is the better way to do get Wordpress content and Incremental Content to talk - "The Bridge" or "amprotect"? Neither of them clearly states that they have been updated to work with WP 3.0.x

    thanks again!
