We have a some questions regarding upgrading out phpbb plugin (as it now seems to work on single login)

However, we login to the members area which shows our subscriptions etc, but when we go to file a support ticket, the page asks us to login again, and has a note above the login about confirming email address. We've used this account before to send support tickets and nothing has changed since?

    username is "liz_vefa"

I'm having same problem and I have a ticket open with Support Team. I think there has been some major upgrade within aMember.

I had to register a new ID in order to get in. Hopefully, the Support Team can fix my old ID and I can then go back to use my old ID.

TStevens, personally your problem resolved, try to submit a ticket now.
Tomorrow, we will resolve this problem for owners of all "expired" accounts.

P.S. We actually moved from DeskPro to CerberusWeb support software, and we now have single-login for entire website on www.amember.com. There is only a problem with users that expired - they were not exported to external apps. It will be fixed.

P.P.S. In any case, it is always possible to submit a ticket by sending e-mail message to support@cgi-central.net
