1. Is your site in French? 2. This error only shows up when you attempt to auto update or do you receive it other times? 3. My initial guess is that your permissions / owenership of your files is to restrictive and aMember does not have the ability to overwrite the files. Have you tried downloading the update from amember.com and applying it manually?
Try updating your permissions of your files to be less restrictive (harden them back up after the update). Alternatively you can (after you back up your files and db) download the update from amember.com and update the site manually.
