If a customer is subscribed to aMember with Authorize.net CIM as the payment plugin, and they want to change their credit card information for the next renewal, how will they do this? I can't seem to figure this one out.
User will be able to update CC info from his member's account: /amember/member.php There will be "Update CC info" link.
Will this work correctly from the Admin interface as well.... or does the CC change need to be done from the customer "Update CC Info" link when using CIM on recurring transactions?
No this will not work for CIM because hook will not be executed. If you will update from aMember CP, this only change values in aMember database, and will not execute plugin's update function.
i am using linkpoint and i have a real, recurring active subscriber for whom the update credit card link is not showing. she also tried to purchase additional items which did not go through. somehow i think her status is set somewhere to 'not paid' perhaps, although she still has an active subscription. what can i do to make the link show up again (it does show for other subscribers). she needs to update her cc info but can't.
