Upgrade not overiding Free subscription

Hi there, I have changed my setup.

I am using vbulletin and all signups are through amember.

I have free signup and a free vbulletin usergroup setup.

I also have an upgrade package.

Someone signed up but it did not change their usergroup from Free to paid.

Hi have the selection box highlighted for my paid vbulletin group.

It only works if I go into amember and edit their subscriptions and turn off their free subscription and re-enable the paid one.

Hi Alex, I am using Primary usergroups for my setup.

This worked fine for me as a paid only website.

I am now allowing free signups to my website as a primary group.

I had hoped amember would change the free primary group to a paid primary group.
