Thank you miso, So it says on there that if i use recurring payments that i need specialist support. We use recurring worldpay payments with Amember - so will we need an Amember staff member to install/configure this for us?
double check with the support guys - they'll let you know if there are any funky issues to worry about when dealing with worldpay during migration.
I have used WorldPay for some time now and started using recurring payments in May of last year so repayments based on annual renewals not had a chance to test fully in that live situation as renewals not due to start until end of May. I do have a test site, with a fully licensed aMember installation, and on that site set up daily and weekly renewals using the WorldPay test installation. Each seemed to work OK.
Hmmm, I'm doing the upgrade as per the instructions but it is not working. When i do a test conversion using the admin-import3 script to bring products and users from Amember3 into Amember4 only the products get converted. None of the users are coming through. When i rebuild the DB there are 0 user records. Thanks, Sean
Going through the same process and running into the same issue: After running the admin-import3 script only my (8) products are imported. Nothing else, and most importantly, no users!
