I don't what just happened but apparently none of our members (nor myself) can access our members site. All I'm getting is a blank screen!

I can't access my admin panel, my forum, or anything else that's hosted under amember.

    It's crazy!

I've already submitted ticket but any other rapid help is appreciated. Our members usually login from: http://www.myfitteru.com/members/amember/login.php

I don't think so but now after checking my FTP, I can't find any folders or files before the letter "D" (ie. data folder is first thing that shows up). Does that mean somehow all my previously uploaded files, settings, and settings have vanished?

To get it back up and running is it as simple as re-uploading/installing these missing files? And what about all my settings, data, and forum posts - are they gone as well? And what about all my current members?

I have no idea how this happened!

Upload a new config.inc.php with your old database settings.
If the databaseis ok, this should put you back to where you were.

Is your forum not functioning either?

Nope - the forum is down as well.

What about all the other files in the "admin" folder which apparently are no longer on my server?

And which config file? config-dist.inc.php or config.inc.php (in the admin folder)?

Where do I upload the config.inc.php file if there's no admin folder on the server? Thanks.

Ok, it's all good. I spoke with my hosting company and they have recovered the lost files. I don't know how that even happened but it's back up and running. Thanks for your help nonetheless.

I've seen this with a few clients where they accidentally dragged the folder(s) into another folder.. may want to check around your top level folders to see if they were "misplaced" :)
