On July 28th my website started taking recurring payments with a subscription length of 3 months (using Moneris as the payment processor). So the first three customers who signed up on July 28th should have recurred yesterday. However, instead of a recurring payment their account has expired, and no payment has been made from their credit card. This is a huge problem! I have hundreds of customers who, it now seems, will not be re-charged, but will simply expire. Someone needs to look into this ASAP, with every passing day more customers expire.
To things that you should check: 1. amember CP -> manage products -> Edit Product -> recurring should be enabled. 2. amember CP -> Setup -> Advanced -> External Cron job should be configured and working.
