Hi, I'm looking to be able to email any user who abandoned their registration a single link that will take them back directly to the Add/Renew screen (just like Amazon does) - or back to where they left off. Currently, I have to explain to the user that they need to first goto the login screen, login, then click My Account, then click Add / Renew. Much too hard to anyone to bother. Can I send them a single link that will take them back to the registration process (avoiding all of the login and clicking stuff). Anyone have any ideas? PG.
Hello, Such ability will be available in 4.3.0. You will be able to upgrade to 4.3.0 on next week or sooner.
Dear David, You can go to user profile page in admin interface and click on Invoce/Access tab. You should see all user invoices here. Click link to show Pending invoices as well. On pending invoice you should see link 'Send Payment Link'. Click this link and follow instructions. User will get email with invoice and quick link to pay for it.
I can't seem to pay an invoice using an resume-payment link from the email. I get : An Error has occurred Invoice expired - you cannot open invoice after 24 hours elapsed Is this working properly?
It can occur in case you use some payment plugin driven by CC module. We will fix this issue in next minor release.
