Use Wordpress theme REMOVES Payment System?!

    When we select the option to "Use Wordpress theme" it removes the pay system from all templates so people can't pay. What's it missing in the code? This is one of the main reasons why we migrated!

    FYI the problem is, they don't have this include in /application/default/plugins/protect/wordpress/amember.php
