First please check Moodle access at product settings aMember CP -> Manage Products -> Edit Product and make sure it is enabled for each product. Also make sure that you set Renewal group for each product to -1 Please let me know if this will not help.
Hi Alex, Thanks for getting back to me. I did what you said. I went to aMember CP -> Manage Products -> Edit Product and ensured that Moodle access was given for every course. I also set Renewal Group to -1. However, now I'm having a different problem. After cancelling the product in Amember and paypal sandbox, the user can still access the all the Moodle courses even after they've cancelled their recurring subscription. I checked inside Amember admin and the status for the user says 'Active'. When I click 'User Payments/Subscriptions' for the Status it says 'Active' in black and below this it says 'CANCELLED' in red. However, I can still login to the Moodle site and the user can still access all the courses. Could you please help me fix this? Best wishes, ch
It should work such way. When you cancel subscription you cancel future payments and not current one. So user should have access to the end of paid period.
