Hey there. While running the demo program, I had to add several fields for this program to work properly with our organization's system/information. I added: Street City State Postal_Code Country to the user information panel. It was working fine. The demo expired, we purchased the license, ran the re-install and all seems to be fine. However, my user info page doesn't show my custom fields. The fields are in the mySQL DB with the data. If I try to add them again, it tells me that they already exist. How do I get this page to update to display the information correctly? Thank you!
Sounds like something happened to the database during the change over to pro.. Send in a tech support ticket. David
The problem was in reinstallation. When you upgrade as described here http://manual.amember.com/Upgrade_from_aMember_Pro_Trial all your settings will be inact, but when you reinstall into the same database, config table will be overwrited. Contact us in helpdesk we will help to readd these fields into config table.
