Hi everyone, I have had this problem reported several times - user unsubscribes in this account profile, the "check this box to unsubscribe" form box is indeed ticked but they get update emails I send via the admin panel still. Is this a bug in the aMember version I am using - i.e. 3.0.9? Tomas
May be there is another account with the same email? Also you mean emails sent from aMember CP -> Email users or automatic emails?
I have aMember set not to allow multiple accounts with the same email so that's not possible. It seems both the automatic emails and emails sent from the aMember admin panel are being sent still although I am 100% sure only with the emails I sent from the admin panel manually. Tomas
