users receiving an extra month access after cancellation

    I use 1 shopping cart in conjunction with aMember 3.2.3 PRO. (Please ... at this point, try not to suggest I upgrade to the newer version)

    When a user wants to cancel membership, we go to their recurring order in 1shoppingcart and put it on "Hold"

    This is supposed to stop payment notification to aMember for the next month and all upcoming months unless we press the "Unhold" button.

    The problem I am encountering (and I can't figure out why):
    After we put the user on hold, the FOLLOWING month their aMember service is still "ACTIVE" for another month (even though there was no payment notification from 1shoppingcart). Then the FOLLOWING month is shows as "EXPIRED". So the aMember account is staying ACTIVE one month too long.

    I have attached a zip file that shows the discrepancies in three accounts within the last few months.

    Please notice the users aMember account was ACTIVE the month FOLLOWING their last 1shoppingcart payment.

    Have you ever heard about this and what do you suggest I do next?
