Using Tax Info in emails

    Looking for some information on how to add some of the tax information into the mail_receipt.txt

    Would be good to have the
    following show up
    1. regional tax type
    2. tax type value

    Any thoughts greatly appreciated

    Unfortunately, it is not easy to add. At least, there are no short ways.
