I have a prospective customer who gets blocked every time he tries to enter his e-mail address. When he enters the e-mail address, he said a red box appears above the registration page, telling him to "enter a valid e-mail". His e-mail address is a bit strange, its of the form XXXX__X@hotmail.com, with two underscores together. I was wondering if that might be the problem and if so is there anything I can do about it?
Yes this seems to be a bug in email checking. Please contact us in helpdesk we will help to fix this.
