    Any progress?

    Hi Alex,

    Happy New Year!

I was wondering whether you'd made any progress on this - developing integration between aMember and Vanilla. :)

I'm having a seriously hard time integrating the vanilla forum plugin with amember. I keep getting the error below:

vanilla Db and Prefix - incorrect value. Error: SELECT command denied to user: 'XXXX@p3slhjava04.shr.phx3.secureserver.net' for table 'LUM_User'

I followed the database naming convention of database_name.table_prefix and inputed vanilla.LUM_

And also changed the people.php file in the vanilla folder to point to the amember page. member.php.

I get the abaove error everytime I triy to save the vanilla plugin configuration from amember control panel.

    Can anyone please help.

Please allow access for your aMember's MySQL user to Vanilla forum database. Or contact us via helpdesk and we will help.

I have successfully integrated but single sign-on does not work. When users log into aMember they still have to login to Vanilla. I was under the impression aMember would automagically log the user into Vanilla.
