Vast Majority of Rebills Failing

    So, i'm still having a terrible time with the number of rebills that are failing. We sell an annual subscription that rebills after 1 year, obviously. We notify users when their credit card is about to expire. We send emails after the cc fails - 3 of them, actually. And still the vast majority of my rebills are failing (66-75%). This is very terrible for us as amember's ability to run rebills is one of the main reasons we purchased the software. The rebill failures is costing of many tens of thousands of dollars.

    So...does anyone have any suggestions on how to increase rebill success?

    Last time we spoke about this issue, you were going to send message to Firstdata support requesting for transarmor documentation. Did you do this? If so did you got any reply. I tryed to contact them but didn't got reply.
