Vbulletin Integration..problem

I am trying ot merge my existing VBulletin forum and I got problem:
Could someone tell me what do I fill in these fields?

My VB database name is "forums"

vbulletin Board Db and Prefix What do I put in here?

use empty vBulletin Db Name Should I choose YES or NO?

Default Level: There is nothing in the drop down menu to choose

Denied Levels: There is nothing in the menu to choose

Enter
forums.
(with dot)

Use NO
