I am having difficulty integrating an existing vBulletin database into aMember. The Import function on the aMember admincp does not seem to have the fields listed in the aMember integration instructions in vBulletin.

Did I miss something in the installation of the plugin or can someone shed some light on how to transfer the databases? Thanks.

Sorry not sure I understood what fields you mean? Did you get any error?

    The text reads as follows:

3.Go to aMember CP -> Import, set the following:
    ◦Username: Field 1
    ◦Password: Generate
    ◦EMail: Field 2
◦Subscription Type: set to a product as discussed above
◦Subscription Begin Date: Fixed, set to today date or for example 2005-01-01
◦Subscription Expire Date: Fixed, set to 2037-12-31 (it stands for "lifetime" subscription), or to desired date when this granted subscription will expire
    ◦Subscription Payment System: set "Manual"
    ◦Subscription Receipt#: set Fixed, IMPORT

However I find none of those fields when I choose "Import" in the aMember adminCP.

    Thanks.

These fields will be available when you will upload import file.
So on step one upload import file then on step two select fields.

    Hey Alex,

I think this thread is what I'm looking for...

I have a site that currently only has a vbulletin installation, using the vbulletin 'paid subscription' payment api to charge for access.

I now want to add aMember to this site and make it a complete membership site.

I want the current vbulletin installation, users and threads to remain.

How can I import all this into aMember, allowing the current users to go through aMember, etc?

    Thanks!

    -Josh
