If we tie vBulletin user groups to a specific product in amember, do we need to create a different integration record for each user group / product combination to make sure they get that. A member may have more than one product and belong to more than one user group.

If that's not the case, how do I make sure the member gets the correct access level in the forum.

No you don't need to create separate record for each user group/product combination.
Just select as many additional groups as you need. They all will be applied to user's account when user makes purchase.

That's my point. I don't want everyone to have the same user group.
Person who purchase Product A would have access to Usergroup A
Person who purchases Product B would have access to usergroup B
Person who purchase Product C would have access to usergroups A&B

I don't see how to make that happen.

    Create three different "integrations" then.
    1. Select product A in Access permissions and User group A in vBulletin user group
    2. Select product B in Access permissions and User group B in vBulletin user group
    3. Select product C in Access perissions and both usergroups A & B in vBulletin usergroup.

    Excellent - that helps.
So, i assume that if a member has more than one product there will not be any issue if they have multiple user groups assigned. I know that's not an issue in vbulletin. Let me know if that's different.

Sure, no issue with multiple user groups.
