We have Amember with the Vbulletin plugin and when someone signs up they get moved into usergroup "PAID" until their subscription expires and then they get moved back to "REGISTERED". My question is, if I change or promote a user to a different usergroup, will Amember still know to move them back to "REGISTERED" after their subscription is no longer active?
In the "vBulletin" tab of aMember's Setup/Configuration page, there is a multi-selection list box called "Denied Levels." In it you should see the groups you've set in your vBulletin. Whatever groups you select in this box: if a user is a member of any of those groups, then aMember will never change the group membership of those users regardless of whether they start or stop a subscription to any product. For your particular question, if the group in question is one that you select in the "Denied Levels," then aMember will do nothing with that user regardless of their subscription status. Otherwise, aMember will change group membership to Registered if the user's sub expires.
