Verotel plugin help

    Hi

    Has anyone used the Verotel payment plugin? In the add product/subscription there is a gap for Verotel product id. stating 'you must create the same product in Verotel and enter its number here'. Sounds simple but Verotel don't show this is the control panel for each product. Does the Verotel plugin only work with a Verotel pro account, or with the free 'ticket's club' account too?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I would be interested in the outcome of this enquiry as Ticketclub is what I was hoping to use myself.

    I believe Verotel plugin will work with TicketsClub accounts. However, there are some problems with Verotel plugin. To get status of Verotel plugin, please contact us via helpdesk. I will also post news into this topic.

    Is the Verotel Pro plug-in confirmed to be working (anyone using it?) or is it both Ticketclub and Pro that have issues?

    Verotel plugin works fine (it is designed for Ticketclub accounts).

    Alex I need your help ticket club is approving verotel transactions but not updating account status to approved in amember.

    I too would like the outcome of this.

    Not as a cross post but I'm having issues with VEROTEL "auto refunding" about a 1/3 of my subscriptions. the errorlog gives the error:
    VEROTEL ERROR: finish_waiting_payment error: Incorrect amount for payment (Details: invoice:689)

    Which I think is a bogus error it might really go to Natialie first post dealing with "product ID" -- there is no place to put a product ID in VEROTEL and visa-versa.

    And I believe I have the current amember verotel plug-in. :(
