I have not been able to get amember/wordpress to work with Verotel yet. I updated amember to latest version 3.1.9. I have set up verotel scripts. Payments seem to be sent to and verified by Verotel okay, but when Verotel then confirms with amember IPN, it does not activate the member. Anyone else still having this problem? Please help.
I contacted someone at Verotel and it seems that they updated the scripts on their end. So now when i look at the debug log, the parameters that you mentioned look as if they are being passed. See below. I see the following in the debug log now: VEROTEL DEBUG: trn => add trn_id => 39749236 amount => 29.97 custom2 => 964 usercode => tajima1912 custom3 => 1 custom1 => 883 passcode => VAw0FP6UKhJHo Yet, still amember is not activating the membership.
Hmm do you see any ERROR messages in Error/Debug log? If aMember receive this and store in error/Debug log payments should be activated. Contact us in helpdesk and provide access info, we need to check Debug log.
Okay, so the solution was to notify Verotel of error with IPN (to which they responded by "updating their scripts") after that parameters were passed but amember still not confirming sales. Then you have to turn Test Mode to Off. Amember then activates memberships. Oh and by the way, Verotel can create multiple products on a domain, but you have to set them up as separate Websites in their control panel, with separate urls. Verotel is not the most feature rich solution, but it is advantageious because they approve you quickly without requiring extensive information.
I am using the Verotel plugin with multiple products on a domain and as a single website. However changed the plugin so it will check if the customer paid for another product then chosen initially. (by checking for the amount returned.)
