Version 4: Have I wasted my time & money?

I'm confused and a little upset. I purchased V4 for a client's Joomla site. In the post below, you say that Joomla is currently integrated:

However, after purchasing V4 my developer couldn't find the plugin. I then found the post below where you say the Joomla plugin won't be available until January.

I have a client waiting. Have I wasted my money and time on V4...or can I use it on my client's site? If not, what do you suggest? My client is very demanding and not very patient.

I should mention, I currently use aMember daily and am very happy with it...but this has me very confused.

I understand the plugin was to have been available on Wednesday. Today is Saturday and I still don't see anything on the site. Is it available internally? I've been holding my client off on the project, but if this isn't ready I'll need to move on to something else.
