Hi, I am running version 3.0.08 and I am having strange issues... 1 Under Manage Product - I have set the Duration to 1 Year, but under User Payments/Subscriptions the period is 1 Month 2 Under Setup/Configuration - Email - I have changed the 2 emails under "Messages to customer after payment" in the email templates - but they are not reflected in the actual emails. Ted
1. Check product settings and make sure that Trial settings are empty. 2. Not sure I understood, do you receive standart emails (not modified) or not receive emails at all?
I used to have something in "Trial", but they are empty now... but still not working. I do receive email fine, but it does not update with the NEW message in my email template... it looks like it pulls the info from something old. Ted
